Location is excellent - close to Marina Crescent for restaurants, with a footbridge across to the Marina Mall. The hotel staff ran us down to Marina Crescent in a golf buggy. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance, including Maki (which was a nice walk around the beach/through the park in the evening). Three pools - kids' pool, family pool, and a pool for swimming lengths. Good selection of food at breakfast. Great view of Kuwait City across the water - especially nice at night with all the lights on. The staff were generally lovely and very friendly. The reception staff. porters, and security were extremely helpful.

This hotel is absolutely lovely - the level of service is unmatched. All of the staff are incredible attentive and will do their absolute best to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are sparkling clean and tended to thoroughly every day. The breakfast is at convenient hours and with great quality fresh food, anyone would find something for their taste. The reception also organized a transfer from and to the airport which was very convenient.

It was a lovely hotel with excellent facilities. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. It was in a perfect location. The pool and beach were private and very clean. The food was very good. I think what made our experience so outstanding were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly without being intrusive

I loved the room it was clean, spacious, and beautiful super comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony. Everything about the room is perfect. I loved the room service and the food is great. I enjoyed the beach area and the scenery.

The view from the room was so beautiful, we had a garden access room and that was so nice with the view. The room and bathroom are so spacious. All the Arab employees were very helpful and kind, especially the hospitality employee who served us coffee every morning, he had a very kind presence and smile, and so were the doormen and those who helped us with our luggage. A big thank you to all!

My 15J old son and I stayed in the hotel for three nights in August. Upon arrival the reception went an extra mile to offer us the room we wanted ( twin, non-smokung and with no neighbours since with a connecting door) and to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Everybody from personell was extremely friendly kind and helpful: the house keeping ( Manas), the restaurant ( Rabih), A. Kader wro drove us to the airport. The rooms are very big with spacious bathrooms and with a genious architectural aircondition solution( hidden as a half moon hanged ceiling and thus not blowing directly towards the beds.) The weather was hot, but the water temperature in the pool was refreshing and we enjoyed our time in the sun. We had dinner twice at the Six Palms Restaurant and the food was great -try the Chicken Briryani!

The whole stay was perfect from the reception staff during check in and check out which was done very smoothly, breakfast buffet was excellent and all the staff were very helpful and caring especially to our children (special mention to the special Rabih who was absolutely wonderful), the room was spotless with a great view, pools were perfect and the kids loved it there and pool staff were also very professional and immediately make u feel comfortable. All in all I would like to say that I have stayed in many hotels in Kuwait but Marina is the best value for money hotel that I have stayed in till date.

The staff were amazing. Friendly without being over sweet.coupdnt do enough for us. The location with beach access is my favourite part as I can swim first thing in the morning.

Everything was good and nice. The breakfast is perfect. The atmospheric of the hotel is very good. You can walk around the hotel and use it services like the gym, beach, game center. My kids enjoyed the pools and also the playground. The location of the hotel is excellent, nearby most important places. The staff were helpful.
